Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSa), Citric Acid, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Potassium Bitartrate (Cream of Tartar), Polysorbate 80, Cocoa Powder, Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Bergamot Essential Oil, Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Essential Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil

For small, foamy bubbles, place truffle into the tub and watch it slowly fizzle.

For luxurious, fluffy bubbles, crumble the truffle directly under running water. Then use your hands to stir the water for more bubbles prior to entering the tub.

Fizz Away takes pride with each care package being sent out.

Estimated Pick up time will be 3-5 business days.

For all shipments, please allow 2-4 days for processing orders prior to shipping. 

Returns
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept any returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions 
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept any returns on our products.
In addition, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fizzaway.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
